INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This is a one day course for those interested in ayurvedic head massage. This massage includes the upper back and arms, neck, face and scalp.  You  will learn how to perform this treatment both seated and lying down. £150

HOT STONE MASSAGE

This is a one day course for trained therapist looking to develop their skills.  This is a luxurious massage that is deeply relaxing and a great one to add to your list. £150

THAI HOT COMPRESS

This is a one day course for therapists looking to develop this skills.  This is a warming treatment using traditional Thai herbs in a steamed compress applied to the skin. £150

THAI TABLE MASSAGE

This is a one day course performed on a couch using stretches to the whole body and pressure points on Sen lines. Promotes flexibility and tones. £150

THAI FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

This is a one day course for those interested in reflexology. This massage works from the foot to the knee, applying effleurage, petrissage, kneading and pressure point work using a traditional Thai stick on Sen points that are linked to organs of the body. £150

BALINESE MASSAGE

This is a one day course for those interested in learning traditional Bali massage. This massage incorporates aromatherapy, stretching and pressure point work. £150

INDONESIAN MANDE LULER MASSAGE

This is a one day course learning a gorgeous treatment.  A full body scrub and massage. A must to add on to your treatment price list. £150

ABYHANGA MASSAGE

This is a one day course in traditional Ayurvedic full body massage.  This massage uses traditional ayurvedic hot oils to suit dosha body constitutions. A lovely connective massage from head to toe. £150

NATURAL FACE LIFT MASSAGE

This is a one day course in Ayurvedic face massage. This treatment is a great one to add to a facial or on its own.  Marma therapy is also incorporated to release blocked energy and rid toxins. £150

REIKI LEVEL 1

This is a one day course learning the history of Reiki and the art to self healing.  Learn all about the seven chakras and how to balance these. £150

REIKI LEVEL 2

This is a one day course in Reiki where students will learn about the three symbols and how to heal others using Reiki. We will also look into distance healing and meditations. £150
