What is spirituality I ask myself on this cold damp morning. So much has changed in such as short space of time. This concept of shedding the skin as we exit the year of the snake and enter into the fire horse has been brutal not just for me but for many. This urge to burn down, to let go, yet keep going, to suddenly become this whole new powerful and passionate being is exhausting. I've never felt so alone with my own thoughts and fighting the need to just stop and relax
