New in Gosport

Hello everyone, Lynn here and I am new to Gosport but I am not new too Holistic therapies or yoga. I started my journey in holistic healing back in 2006 when I discovered the Japanese energy healing of Reiki. At the age of 21 I had just got my degree in Media and Film studies but one day the word Reiki just came into my mind and when I learnt more about this healing art after attending a Reiki share group I wanted to learn more. I took on a part time course in Massage and every year I kept learning something new. My mind is like a sponge and it just wants to keep absorbing more and more information on how to heal the body and mind. You may have read a previous blog on my travels and it was on these travels to Asia I learnt and experienced the healing systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Meridian Lines, Thai Massage and Sen Lines and the ancient life science of Ayurveda and Marma Therapy.

On my return after studying Northern Style Thai Massage and various Spa treatments including Body Wraps, Facials, Reflexology and Hot Stones and decided to take my studies into the field of Ayurveda at the Academy of Ayurveda Pura in London. After a few years studying various treatments at Ayurveda Pura Academy I decided to do the Diet and Life Style Consultatant course alongside my 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with Jill Jones Yoga who also taught me Childrens Yoga. I continued my studies in Yoga and qualified in Yin and Restorative Yoga and recently Pre and Post Natal Yoga with Island Prenatal Yoga who also specialise in Ayurveda.

So for the last 15 years I have been learning a lot as well as working in the field with many other professionals. I set up a successful studio in Eastleigh but since the birth of my little boy, covid 19 and moving to Gosport I have decided to set up a new studio at Royal Clarence Yard with a new brand as a refresh start. I want to share the knowledge I have learnt over the years and help others discover their true health.

Through changing my diet and life style to follow the Ayurvedic and Yogic principles I do truely feel the healthiest I have ever been and happier. Not only that but I am thankful for moving to such a beautiful place such as Gosport. I find walking to the harbour everyday very ther

aputic. There is nothing better than the smell of the sea and the freshness of the air by the water. I look forward to discovering its history and meeting like minded people. So please come find me at my new studio, I look forward to sharing my knowledge and also learning from you.
